• Weight & Appearance: As we deal with natural and artisanal Karoo products (e.g., meat cuts), slight variations in weight or appearance may occur compared to product images.

• Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region (e.g., areas outside our cold-chain delivery network).

Payment & Security

We use secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayFast/Peach Payments). We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Limitation of Liability

The Karoo Deli shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service, including but not limited to, the improper storage of perishable goods after delivery.
